摘 要:转基因产品随着科学的发展逐渐走进人们的日常生活,目前已批准商品化的转基因作物有大豆、棉花、水稻、玉米等。玉米是世界分布最广泛的粮食作物,又是重要的饲料和工业原料,但虫害、草害、病害等严重威胁其产量和质量,转基因技术为玉米遗传改良提供了更有效的途径。介绍了转基因玉米常用的转化方法,评析了抗虫、抗除草剂、抗病等转基因玉米应用的研究成果,并对转基因玉米的检测方法及安全性进行了分析。With the rapid development of biotechnology,GMO(genetically modified organism)product entered into people's daily life.And nowadays,more and more GMO crops have been approved for commercialization of transgenic crops,such as soybean,cotton,crops,maize,et al.Maize is not only the most widely distributed crops in the world,but also an important raw material for feed and industry.Nevertheless the threat of pests and weeds leads to a serious decline in its output and quality,transgenic technology opened up a novel way in crop genetic improvement.In this paper,the author introduced the common transformation methods,related the application of transgenic maize,which with insect resistance and herbicide resistance as well as other characters had been gotten by transgenic technology.At the same time,this paper briefly analyzed the detection method and safety of transgenic maize
