摘　　要：针对目前初步设计概算超可研估算的普遍现象,分别从北京市城市轨道交通工程投资估算构成、投资特点、工程费各项经济指标的采集及应用等几方面,探讨工程费各项经济指标的合理确定,分析如何从可研阶段进行造价控制。According to the common phenomenon that he preliminary design budgetary estimate is more than the fea sibility estimate, the rational determination of each economic index is discussed separately from the Bei- jing urban rail traffic engineering investment estimation composition, investment characteristics, the acquisition and application of the economic index characteristics, and analyzes how to perform cost control from feasibility study stage.
