摘 要:根据油与水的结构特点,采用悬浮聚合的方法,设计合成了一种大孔吸附树脂,利用类萃取的原理能有效去除蒸汽凝结水中的微量油。模拟蒸汽凝结水配成5~10 mg/L的含油水样,在60~80℃,10 BV/h的流速条件下,经过大孔吸附树脂除油后,出水油≤1 mg/L,达到锅炉补给水的使用要求,提高了蒸汽凝结水及热能的利用效率,在石化行业中具有一定的应用前景。Based on the molecular structural characteristics of oil and water, a kind of new macroporous polymeric adsorbent has been designed and synthesized. The traces of oil in steam condensed water can be removed effectively by using extraction principle. 5-10 mg/L of oil-bearing water sample is prepared with simulated steam condensed water. Under the conditions as follows: the temperature is 60-80 ℃ and flow velocity 10 BV/h,and after removing the oil with macroporous resin absorbent, the oil of effluent water is ≤ 1 mg/L, meeting the requirements of boiler make-up water. The utilization rates of steam condensed water and heat energy has thus been improved, having definite application foreground in petrochemical industry.
