摘　　要：目的长期规划我院图像存档与传输系统(PACS)存储及扩容方案。方法以我院PACS存储及扩容方案为例,探讨在如今的存储技术下,如何构建经济高效的PACS存储结构。结果经济高效的PACS存储及扩容方案可以在降低存储成本的同时,提高存储效率。结论 PACS的存储设计是PACS实施的一个重点和难点,必须合理规划,避免重复投入。Objective To layout the storage and expansion of hospital Picture Archiving and Communication System（PACS） in long term.Methods Taking my hospital as an example,how to construct economical and effective storage structure based on nowadays storage technology is discussed.Results Economical and effective storage schema can lower the costs,while improving the effect.Conclusion The design of storage is the point and difficulty of PACS.The schema of storage and expansion should be reasonably layout to prevent iterant input.
