摘　　要：本文通过对部队和地方12所三级甲等医院医学工程部门的人员编制、业务工作等情况的调研,就如何加强医学工程技术队伍建设、促进医疗设备质量安全控制工作、提高保障能力提出几点建议。After researching the circumstances of dept.of medical equipment about the staff and the scope of business from 12 tertiary A class hospital in recent years.There are some suggestions about how to wind the level of the medical engineering team,promoting the control of medical equipment quality and safety and improving security ability.
