摘　　要：太钢新450m2烧结机在传统的燃料分加工艺基础上整合燃料分级工艺，通过内配1．3mm粒级焦粉，外配-1mm细粒焦粉，实现了燃料分级分加。工业试验表明，该工艺能更好地发挥燃料外配优势．在进一步降低固体燃耗和烧返比等方面效果显著。Based on the traditional separate adding technology of fuels for Taisteel 450m2 new sinter machine, the fuel classification process was integrated, by proportioning internal 1 - 3 mm coke breeze and external - 1 mm fine-grained coke breeze, the separate adding of fuels was realized. The industrial test shows that the process can better play the advantages of proportioning external fuels and the effect was remarkable in terms of further reducing solid fuel consumption and return fines rate.
