摘  要:从化学成分、粒度组成、成球性能和烧结性能等方面研究了武钢常用含铁原料的烧结特性。结果表明:非粉和纽粉烧结性能较好,巴粉、委粉和MAC粉烧结性能中等,精矿、FMG和加粉烧结性能较差。在此基础上提出了优化配矿方案,从而改善了混匀矿的烧结性能,促进了烧结经济技术指标的改善。2011年1—4月烧结合时产量达到440.22t/(台·h),转鼓指数达到79.8%,分别较上年同期提高了30.8t/(台·h)和0.59%。The sintering characteristics of Wusteel conventional iron-bearing raw materials were studied in terms of chemical composition, size analysis, balling performance and sintering performance etc. The result shows that, the sintering performance of South African iron-ore fines and Australian Newman fines are good,the sintering performance of Brazilian ironore fines, Venezuelan fines and MAC fines are medium, and sintering performance of concentrate, FM G and Canadian iron-ore fines are bad. Based on this,proportioning optimization scheme was put forward, thus the sintering performance of blended fines was improved,and the improvement of sintering technical and economical indexes was promoted. The sinter production reached 440.22 t/(set· h)from Jan to Apr during 2011, the tumble index reached 79.8%, which was 30.8 t/(set· h) and 0.59% higher respectively than that in the same period of the previous year.
