摘 要:为达到轻量化目的,汽车上越来越多地使用高强钢板结构件。通过对某高强钢板汽车安装座件的冲压工艺性及冲压工艺方案的分析,确定了采用13工位级进模来进行制件成形的冲压工艺方案;通过对制件的单排和双排排样方案进行分析比较,选择了双排排样方案,并对级进模的主要零部件进行设计。试冲结果表明,提出的双排样方案和设计的13工位级进模是合理可行的,能满足某高强钢板汽车安装座件的大批量生产需要。The structural part made by high-strength steel is more and more used in the automotive to reduce the weight. The stamping processes and schemes of the automotive mounting part made by high-strength steel were ana- lyzed, and the progressive stamping processes with 13 positons for manufacturing the part were put forward. Two lay- out schemes for the part were proposed and compared, and the double-row layout scheme was determined. The main processing structure parts of the die were designed. A. set of stamping process and die design method for the high- strength steel automotive structural part was obtained. The results show that the layout scheme and the 13 position progressive die are reasonable and feasible, and they are suitable for large-scale production of automotive mounting part made by high-strength steel.
