摘 要:介绍了大型模锻液压机C形板预应力机架的结构,建立了基于整体结构的模锻压机有限元计算模型,对比计算了分别采用5件和6件C形板组成立柱的组合预紧机架的变形和应力;分析研究了采用钢板组合预应力机架的C形板结构设计、制造特点。综合考虑了C形板制造工序及生产效率,优化选择5件C形板组成立柱的组合预应力机架。通过大型模锻液压机机架制造安装过程证明此方案正确可行。The structure of C-plate used for prestressing-frame of large close-die forging press was introduced. FEA calculating model of complete machine for close-die forging press was set up, the deformation and stress of the com- bined pre-stressing-ffame with columns each made up of 5 or 6 C-plates respectively were compared and calculated. The structure design and manufacture features of C-plate used for plate-combined prestressing-frame of large close-die forg- ing press were analyzed and studied. The combined pre^stressing-frame with columns composed of 5 C-plates was opti- mized and selected with comprehensive consideration of fabricating process and manufacturing efficiency for C-plate. The application is proved by the actual manufacturing and erecting process for the frame of China Erzhong 800 MN large close-die forging press.
