摘 要:分析了书架挂板的成形工艺方案,介绍了所设计模具的主要结构特点及工作原理。该模具设计巧妙地利用了可移动式凸、凹模结构,将切边、切舌、冲孔、成形多个工序集中在一套复合模上,极大地提高了生产效率,凸、凹模采用了镶拼结构,便于拆卸及刃磨维修。该模具在生产实践中取得了很好的实用效果。The forming process plan for hunging plate of book {rame was analyzed, and the main structure of the de- signed dies and the working principle were introduced. The design integrated the moving punch and mould structure, center trimming, blanking , forming processes on one compound die , which greatly enhanced the production efficien- cy. Because the punch and die structure were of inserting and spliting mode, it is easy to be removed and mentained. The dies have gained very good results in the real production.
