摘 要:针对目前广泛用在金属热模锻中的石墨型润滑剂存在的污染环境和难以清理等问题,以无机层状氮化物和硬脂酸盐为主要固体润滑材料,得到系列非石墨型润滑剂,并对其润滑性能和润滑机理进行了研究。结果表明,4种系列润滑剂中,以无机层状氮化物配以复合硬脂酸盐类为主要成分的热模锻润滑剂具备最优良的悬浮性、成膜性,并且润滑性能与石墨型润滑剂相当,清理容易。目前,该新型非石墨型润滑剂可以在一定范围内替代石墨型润滑剂,是一种环保型润滑剂。A series of different non-graphite type lubricants which were based by inorganic layered nitride and stearic acid salt as the main solid lubricating materials were prepared for the problems of environment pollution and the diffi- culty of cleaning residue caused by using graphite lubricant which was now widely used in metal hot forging, and their lubrication performance and lubrication mechanism were also studied. The results show that new kind of hot forging lubri- cants mainly based with inorganic layered nitride and composite stearic acid salt has the best suspension and fiLm-forming ability. Its lubricating performance is considerable with graphite lubricant and is easily to clean-up. At present, the new kind of non- graphite-based lubricant is a kind of environmental friendly lubricant and can replace graphite lubricant in a certain range.
