摘 要:目的应用1H-NMR技术建立银翘解毒液的指纹图谱,以相似度为指标,判别不同批次样品质量的一致性和稳定性,为其质量评价和控制提供新方法。方法根据样品的特点,以90%H2O+10%D2O为溶剂,在25℃下采用预饱和水峰压制脉冲序列NOESYGPPR1D测定了1H-NMR指纹图谱。结果1H-NMR指纹图谱中芳香区和饱和脂肪区范围的质子信号表征了其的主要化学成分及相对比例,其差异反应出银翘解毒液质量的稳定性。应用Excel 2003软件计算10批银翘解毒液样品相似度,其中8批样品的相关系数和夹角余弦相似度在0.97以上,另外2批相似度在0.82~0.91之间。结论银翘解毒液的1H-NMR指纹图谱专属性强,准确可行,能全面、快速、客观的反映其质量特征,可用于银翘解毒口服液类中药复方制剂的质量评价和控制。AIM To propose an analytical method of the fingerprint identification of Yinqiao Jiedu Liquid based on ^1H-NMR spectroscopy. METHODS ^1H-NMR spectra of the samples in 90% H2O and 10% D20 mixtured solvent were acquired using Bruker pulse sequence NOESYGPPR1D at 25 ℃. RESULTS The main chemical compositions and different relative proportion were characterized by the signals of aromatic and aliphatic protons in ^1H-NMR spectra, which reflects the stability of the quality of Yinqiao Jiedu Liquid. Excel software was used to analyse the similarities of ten batches of Yinqiao Jiedu Liquid. The similarities of eight batches were greater than 0. 97, and those of the other two batches stood between 0. 82-0. 9l. CONCLUSION The created method is fea- sible and easy to be handled and it can be used in quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Liquid products effectivly.
