摘 要:目的考察沙煲暗罗根乙醇提取物不同萃取物的抗氧化和抗菌活性。方法研究沙煲暗罗根乙醇提取物不同萃取物对羟基自由基和DPPH的抗氧化效果,并与Vc对比,找出IC50值;同时研究其抑菌效果,测出最低抑菌浓度。结果乙酸乙酯萃取物对羟基自由基和DPPH的清除效果最好,IC50值分别为110.8μg/mL和156.5μg/mL;三氯甲烷萃取物有最好的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌最小抑菌质量浓度均为20 mg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度为40 mg/mL。结论沙煲暗罗根乙醇提取物中乙酸乙酯萃取物有较好的抗氧化,三氯甲烷萃取物有较好的抑菌活性。AIM To study antioxidant and antibacterial activities of the ethanolic extract from root of Polyalth- ia consanguinea. METHODS Antioxidant activities against hydroxyl radical and DPPH were used to make a comparison between the ethanolic extracts from root of Polyalthia consanguinea and Vc. And through the obtained IC50, minimal inhibitory concentration was found out. RESULTS The ethyl acetate extraction of ethanolic extract exhib- ited the good scavenging effect against hydroxyl radical and DPPH. The ICso value was 110. 8 μg/mL and 156. 5μg/mL, respectively. The chloroform extract of ethanolic extract showed the highest antibacterial effect among the extrats. MIC value for Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis were both 20 mg/mL, and for Staphyloccocus aureus was 40 mg/mL. CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate extract of ethanolic extract has better antioxidant activity, and the chloroform extract has better antibacterial activity.
