摘  要:目的建立达斯玛保丸(诃子、木香、藏木香、紫草茸、翼首草、藏茜草、安息香、麝香、铁棒锤、镰形棘豆、多刺绿绒蒿、兔耳草、金腰子、榜嘎、止泻木子)中木香烃内酯、异土木香内酯和土木香内酯的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法对制剂中主要成分木香烃内酯、异土木香内酯和土木香内酯进行定量分析。色谱柱为CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(58∶42);检测波长225 nm,柱温30℃,体积流量1.0 mL/min。结果木香烃内酯在0.199 6~3.493μg、异土木香内酯0.219 6~3.843 0μg、土木香内酯0.210 6~3.685 5μg范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.57%、98.91%、97.21%,RSD分别为1.65%、1.37%、1.44%(n=6)。结论方法准确可靠,专属性强,结果稳定,重复性好,可有效控制制剂质量。AIM To establish a method for determining costunofide, isoalantolactone and alantolatone in Dasi Mabao Pill (Chebulae Fructus, Aucklandiae Radix, Inulae Radix, Laccifer laccae Resinatum, Pterocephali Herba, Rubiae Radix et Rhizoma, Benzoinum, Moschus, Aconiti szechenyiani Radix, Oxytropis falcatae Herba, Meconopsis horridula Herba , Lagotis brachystachydis Herba , Chrysosplenii sinici Herba , Aconiti Herba , Holarrhenae antidysente- riacae Semen). METHODS The costunolide, isoalantolactone and alantolatone in Dasi Mabao Pill were determined by HPLC. CAPCELL PAK Cls(4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μ) column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile -0. 4 % phosphoric acid (58 : 42) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was main- tained at 30 ℃ and UV detection wavelength was set at 225 nm. RESULITS The costunolide, isoalantolactone and alantolatone were linear at the ranges of 0. 199 6 -3. 493 μg, 0. 219 6 -3. 843 0 μg, 0. 210 6 -3. 685 5μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 97.57% , 98.91% , 97.21% and RSDs were 1.65% , 1.37% and 1.44% , respectively (n = 6). CONCLUSION The established method is accurate, reliable and specific, and can be used to control the quality of Dasi Mabao Pill.
