摘  要:目的建立二阶导数光谱法测定复方吴茱萸碱纳米乳中吴茱萸碱。方法通过有机溶剂法破乳,采用二阶导数光谱法,于288 nm和291 nm波长处测定峰谷差值(P288-V291),测定复方吴茱萸碱纳米乳中吴茱萸碱。结果吴茱萸碱在5.2~20.8μg/mL质量浓度范围内与二阶导数峰谷差值呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为:Y=0.081 2X+0.003 5(r=0.999 7);平均回收率为99.60%、RSD为1.04%(n=9);日内及日间精密度的RSD均小于1%(n=5)。结论本方法准确性高、精密度好、操作简单,可用于吴茱萸碱复方纳米乳中吴茱萸碱的测定。AIM To establish a method for determining evodiamine in compound evodiamine nanoemulsion. METHODS Ethanol was used for the emulsion-breaking and second order derivative spectrophotometry was applied to determining evodiamine content in nanoemulsion at wavelengths of 288 nm and 291 nm (P2ss - V291 )' RESULTS The experiment showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.2 - 20. 8 μg/mL for evodiamine. The regression equation was Y = 0.081 2 X + 0. 003 5 ( r = 0. 999 7 ). The average recovery was 99.60% and RSD was 1.04% (n = 9). RSDs of the intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 1% (n = 5). CONCLUSION The method is simple, quick and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of evodiaminein in compound evo- diamine nanoemulsion.
