摘　　要：目的通过对当前我国医疗保险状况现有数据的描述性分析,对如何完善我国医疗保险制度进行探讨。方法对2003年以来,我国医疗保险状况的宏观数据进行分析。结果经过多年发展,我国的医疗保险事业有了巨大进步,新型农村合作医疗基本覆盖了广大农村,而城镇居民基本医疗保险的覆盖面仍然有待提高,同时作为基本医疗保险的补充,商业医疗保险和医疗救助目前仍有发展的空间。结论提高基本医疗保险的覆盖面,鼓励商业保险参与到医疗保险中,进一步完善基本医疗保险,同时加强国家对大病和慢病患者的保障力度,将体检费用纳入医保范畴。Objective To investigate how to optimize China＇s medical insurance system through analyzing China＇s existing macro data of medical insurance.Methods To analyze the macro data of medical insurance since 2003.Results Through many years development,China＇s medical insurance has improved largely.The new rural cooperative medical care nearly covered all the rural areas.The basic medical insurance of urban population need to increase its coverage.As supplement sections of basic medical insurance, commercial medic insurance and urban and rural medical aid still have space to be developed.Conclusion to improve the coverage of basic medical insurance,while encouraging commercial medical insurance to take part in and improve medical insurance system. Meanwhile,strengthenlng the national medical aid of serious and chronic diseases.Involving the cost of regular health checks into medical insurance.
