护理干预在老年男性前列腺增生切除术中的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在老年男性前列腺增生切除术中的作用,辅助临床治疗,期望提高临床治愈率。方法 100例前列腺增生患者,随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采取护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者的护理效果。结果观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可以减少手术并发症的发生,缓解患者术前的焦虑情绪及减轻疼痛,提高对护理质量的满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention measures in the clinical observation of patients with BPH,to sum up the nursing experience and improve the treatment outcome.Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group（50cases） and control group（50cases）.The control group was applied for the traditional nursing method, the intervention group took the nursing intervention measures,and then compared the nursing efficacy of them.Results Comparing the results of two groups of patients,the intervention group was significantly higher than control group （P〈~0.05）.Conclusion The nursing intervention measures can decrease the incidence of postoperative complications, relieve anxious,improve satisfaction to nurses,and hence this is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
