多层螺旋CT在肠系膜囊肿诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在肠系膜囊肿诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经多层螺旋CT检查和手术病理证实的肠系膜囊肿6例患者的CT表现。结果 6例患者均表现为卵圆形囊性低密度影,边界清晰,其内密度均匀,壁菲薄,囊内容物无强化,部分病灶囊壁有强化,邻近组织受压移位。结论多层螺旋CT在肠系膜囊肿诊断中对病变的定性有较高价值,对病变的定位有其一定的价值。Objective To assess the value of multislice spiral CT（MSCT） in the diagnosis of mesenteric cysts.Methods 6 patients with mesenteric cyst proved surgically and pathologically underwent precontrast and contrast CT scanning of the abdomen.The CT findings were retrospectively analyzed.Results CT scans demonstrated that mesenteric cysts in all patients appeared as oval hypondense shadows with well-defined margin,homogeneous intracystic density and thin wall.On contrast CT images,part lesion were enhanced and associated with pressure and displacement of neighbour tissue.Conclusion MSCT has higher sensitivity in the qualitative diagnosis of mesenteric cysts and plays an important role in their localized diagnosis.
