摘　　要：目的探讨原发性血小板增多症(PT)患者伴有并发症的影像表现,以提高对本病的认识,避免误诊。方法回顾分析9例临床确诊为PT患者的CT与MRI的影像资料。结果 9例PT患者的并发症多样化,其中2例为门脉海绵样变,1例为乙状窦血栓形成,1例为脑梗死,1例为膀胱形态改变及骨髓信号异常,2例为单纯脾肿大,2例为纵隔淋巴结肿大。结论 PT患者并发症表现复杂多样,影像学检查发现血栓形成、自发性出血、脾肿大或淋巴结肿大等征象时,高度提示有PT可能。Objective To study the imaging findings of primary thrombocytosis（PT） associated with other complications so as to elevate the diagnostic accuracy and avoid misdiagnosis.Methods The CT and MRI imaging findings of 9 patients with PT proved clinically were retrospectively analyzed.Results The study demonstrated various complications,there were 2 cavernous transformation of portalvein,1 sigmoid sinus thrombosis,1 cerebral in farction,1 bladder morphology change and bone marrow signal abnormality,2 simplex splenomegaly and 2 mediastinal lymphaden swelling in the group of 9 cases.Conclusion The imaging findings of PT complications are complex and varied,however,thrombosis,essential hemorrhage,splenomegaly or lymphaden welling visualized by imaging highly suggest PT possibility.
