摘　　要：我国ODS替代品既有出口也有进口,出口量大于进口量。加入WTO后,我国ODS替代品行业虽会受到一定冲击,但弊小利大。其中,目前我国不少ODS替代品70％左右产量销往国外的态势可望继续,可能受到冲击的品种是目前进口量较大的HFC-134a和HCFC-123。总体来说,加入WTO将会给我国发展ODS替代品提供一个良好的发展机遇。China imports and exports ODS substitutes with the export volume exceeding the import volume. After accessing WTO, the domestic ODS substitute industry will be shocked to a certain extent, however, disadvantages will be less than advantages. Of the advantages, the situation that around 70% of the domestically produced ODS substitutes are exported is expected to continue. The ODS substitutes which may be shocked are HFC-134a and HCFC-123 with bigger import volumes. As a whole, the accession of WTO will offer favorable opportunities for the development of the domestic ODS substitute industry.
