“粉尘螨滴剂”脱敏治疗应用于儿童过敏性哮喘的疗效评估

摘　　要：目的评估"粉尘螨滴剂"治疗儿童过敏性哮喘的有效性及依从性。方法对符合儿童过敏性哮喘诊断标准并且粉尘螨变应原皮肤点刺试验呈阳性的136人分为两组,对照组(54人)给予吸入糖皮质激素治疗,舌下含服组患儿在吸入糖皮质激素治疗的基础上加舌下含服"粉尘螨滴剂"进行脱敏治疗。结果含服"粉尘螨滴剂"的患儿,血清螨SIgE在用药后3个月时下降并持续到12个月,治疗12个月时肺功能FEV1明显改善,咳嗽发作次数减少,哮喘发作次数、频率均减少,末发现不良反应。舌下含服组与对照组SIgE、FEV1在治疗12个月时相比,P值均<0.05。结论 "粉尘螨滴剂"免疫疗法作为吸入激素的辅助疗法治疗儿童过敏性哮喘患儿有明显效果。Objective 'Assessment of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops' in the treatment of allergic asthma in children is effective and compliance.Methods To meet the children with allergic asthma diagnosis standard and dust mite allergen skin prick tests were positive in 136 were divided into two groups,The control group(54 patients) to inhaled corticosteroid therapy,The sublingual group children on inhaled corticosteroids therapy plus sublingual 'Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops' of desensitization therapy.Result With clothes 'Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops' in children,Serum levels of mite SIgE in medication after 3 months and continued to decline in 12 months,Treatment for 12 months when lung function FEV1 improved significantly,reduce the number of episodes of cough,sthma attacks,frequencies were reduced at the end of,adverse reaction.The sublingual group and the control group SIgE,FEV1 after treatment for 12 months when compared,P<0.05.Conclusion 'Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops' immunotherapy as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of inhaled steroids in children with allergic asthma children have distinct effect 'Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops' immunotherapy as adjuvant therapy in the treatment of inhaled steroids in children with allergic asthma children have distinct effect.
