摘　　要：目的探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDWC)对冠心病患者预后的影响。方法选择汤阴县人民医院心内科2007年6月-2011年3月确诊为冠心病患者1042例,死亡者44例(A组),存活者998例(B组),同期选择在本院健康体检的年龄相当正常人1384例作为正常对照组(C组),检测RDWC。结果 A组、B组、C组RDWC分别为14.59±1.99、12.98±0.99、12.43±0.72,A组与B组比较RDWC有显著差异(P=0.001);A组、B组与C组比较RDWC有显著差异(P<0.001);A组、B组、C组男女性别间无显著差异(P>0.05);RDWC增高组冠心病死亡率与RDWC正常组比较显著升高,有统计学差异(P<0.001)。结论冠心病组RDWC增大,RDWC增高组冠心病患者死亡率比RDWC正常组显著升高,因此,RDWC对冠心病患者的预后有影响,RDWC有望成为冠心病患者预后不良的危险因子。Objective Discuss the influence of red cell distribution width（RDWC） on the prognosis of patients with coronary artery disease.Methods Select 1042 cases of diagnosed coronary heart disease patients in the Department of Cardiology of Tangyin People＇s Hospital from June 2007 to 2011 March,among of them,includes 44 Deaths cases（group A） and 998 survival cases（group B）,and select 1384 cases of healthy and age-matched normal as normal control group（group C） at the same period in the hospital,then detect the RDWC of them.Results The RDWC of Group A,group B,group C were respectively 14.59±1.99,12.98±0.99,12.43±0.72,There were significant differences of RDWC between Group A and group B（P=0.001）,There were significant differences of RDWC between Group A,group B and group C（P0.001）,There were no significant differences of sex among Group A,group B,and group C（P0.05）.the mortality of coronary heart disease in RDWC increase group was significantly higher than the normal group and has significant differences（P0.001）.Conclusions The RDWC of CHD group increases,the mortality of RDWC increased group in patients with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than RDWC normal group,therefore,RDWC affects the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease,RDWC is expected to become a poor prognosis in patients with coronary heart disease risk factors.
