摘  要:风/柴/储混合系统中,储能设备是关键装置之一,直接关系到系统的可靠运行,但受运行策略和运行特性的影响。针对储能设备这一特点,计及储能设备运行策略和运行特性,建立储能设备的充放电模型;并计及储能设备充放电循环次数、容量和功率成本等,建立储能设备的成本效益模型。通过对风/柴/储混合系统进行可靠性评估,比较不同的运行策略对系统可靠性和储能设备经济性的影响。算例结果表明,储能设备运行策略对系统可靠性和储能设备的成本效益有较大影响。Energy storage system is a crucial device in a wind-diesel-storage hybrid system and has great effect on system reliability, which is highly dependent on the operating strategies and operating characteristics. Based on this, a charge-discharge model of energy storage system is established. Considering charge-discharge cycle times and cost of capacity and power, a cost-benefit model of energy storage system is established. The impacts of different operating strategies on system reliability and economy of energy storage system are compared by evaluating reliability of the wind-diesel-storage hybrid system. The example results show that the operating strategies of energy storage system have great impact on system reliability and cost benefit of energy storage system.
