循证护理模式在改善普外科患者术前恐惧情绪及围手术期生存质量中应用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察采用循证护理模式改善普外科患者术前恐惧情绪及围手术期生存质量的效果。方法选择2009年9月至2010年9月普外科手术患者160例作为研究对象，将160例患者随机分为对照组及观察组各80例，予以对照组患者普外科手术围手术期常规护理，予以观察组患者围手术期循证护理模式护理，比较2组患者术前恐惧评分（FAVS）、围手术期的生存质量（QOL）评分及治疗依从性。结果2组患者术前恐惧情绪评分比较，观察组明显低于对照组患者，术前及术后生存质量评分比较，观察组患者明显高于对照组患者。观察组的治疗依从性显著优于对照组。结论循证护理模式可有效改善普外科患者术前恐惧隋绪及围手术期生存质量，提高患者治疗过程中的依从性，促进手术成功及疾病恢复，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on improvement of preopera- tive fears and perioperative quality of life in patients undergoing general surgery. Methods 160 cases of general surgery patients in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2010 were chosen as the re- search object. The 160 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group with 80 cases in each group. The control group was taken with perioperative routine care. The observation group was given evidence-based nursing. The preoperative fear score （FAVS）, perioperative quality of life （QOL）score and treatment compliance for the two groups were compared. Results The fear scores for the two groups of patients before treatment were compared. The score in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant. The scores of preoperative and postoperative quality of life for the two groups were compared. The patients of the observation group were significantly higher than the pa- tients of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant. The treatment compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusions The evidence-based nursing model can improve preoperative fears and perioperative quality of life of patients undergoing general surgery, improve patients＂ treatment compliance, and promote the success of operation and recovery of pa- tients. It is worthy of clinical application.
