47例Behcet病的微循环观察

摘　　要：对47例Behcet病的舌尖和手指甲皱微循环进行活体观察结果,与正常人相比,存在多部位微循环障碍,但其程度不同,并与病情活动有关。比较突出的是舌尖蕈状乳头中微血管丛数目、大小和形态改变与复发性口疮患者相比有显著不同。而蕈状乳头萎缩对本病有辅助诊断价值。The microcirculation of the tip of tongue and nailfold of 47 patientswith Behcet's disease was observed.Compared with the normal controls,the disturbances of microcirculation were found in many areas, with dif-ferent degrees which were related to the activity of disease.It deserved no-tice that the changes of number, size and contours of micro-blood vesselplexuses in the fungiform papillae of the tip of tongue in patients with Beh-cet's disease were different from the patients with aphthous ulcers.Atro-phy of fungiform papillae was certainly helpful to diagnose the disease.
