阴离子选择电极中配体的结构对电极响应性能的影响

摘  要:本文系统研究了三种不同有机配体的Co(Ⅱ)配合物的阴离子响应行为。实验证明:这些配体的Co(Ⅱ)配合物对碘离子均呈现出选择性的电位响应性能,更为重要的是其电位响应性能与配体的结构之间呈现出较为密切的构效关系。其中,以双(水杨醛缩对硝基苯肼)络钴(Ⅱ)为载体的电极对碘离子呈现出最优良的电位响应性能和选择性,其线性响应范围为2.4×10^(-6)mol/L,斜率为-58.4mV/dec.。该电极具有读数稳定、重现性好等特点,可用于对实际样品中碘离子含量作快速、简便的测定。The response characteristic of some Co (Ⅰ) complexes with three organic ligands when they were used as the ISE's electroactive materials to anions is studied. The results show that these complexes exhibit selective potentiometric response towards iodide. Above all,there are close relationship between the potentiometric response characteristics and structures of ligands. The electrodes based on Co(Ⅱ) complexes of bis(salicyli-dene) p-nitrobenzenehydrazine exhibit the best potentiometric response characteristics and selectivity for iodide. The linear response range is 2. 4×10-6mol/L with a slope of - 58. 4mV/dec. It possesses the advantages such as good stability and recoverablity, and could be used for the analysis of the iodide composition in actual samples.
