摘  要:通过运用溶液成膜共混法制备了系列聚苯乙烯/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PS/PBMA)共混物。借助差示扫描量热法(DSC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了磺化聚苯乙烯(SPS)及其离聚物对共混体系相容性的影响。共混物中SPS磺化度越高,PBMA相的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)向高温方向移动越明显。SPS镧离聚物(SPS L8-La)为增容剂时,DSC结果显示共混物2相T_g靠拢;SEM照片显示2相分散均匀,分散程度更高;FTIR谱图中PBMA在1158 cm^(-1)处的酯基碳氧单键振动吸收峰向低频方向移动。Ionomers usually exert a positive effect on the compatibility of polymer blends to a certain extent through the interaction of ion - ion or ion - dipole. A series of polystyrene/poly (n - butyl methacrylate) (PS/PBMA) blends were prepared by solution - casting method in this paper. The effects of sulfonated polystyrene (SPS) and its ionomer on the compatibility of the PS/PBMA blends was studied by DSC, SEM and FTIR. It was verified that the PS and PBM A were mutually incompatible, however, as the sulfonation degree of SPS in the blend increased, the compatibility of the blend was obviously improved. In the case of using SPS 1.8 - La as compatibilizer in the PS/ PBMA blend, the glass transition temperatures of the two phases in the blend mutually shifted toward each other, as showed in the DSC spectrum. The homogeneous dispersions of the two phases in the blend were also demonstrated in the micrographs taken by SEM. The vibration absorption peak of the C-O bond of PBMA at 1 158 cm-1 apparently moved toward low frequency region in the FTIR spectra.
