摘　　要：目的:探索营养干预对脂肪萎缩性糖尿病的代谢影响。方法:针对代谢紊乱实行个体化营养干预,寻找良好的护理模式。结果:患者总脂肪量增加,护理重点是营养干预、运动疗法、心理护理。结论:营养干预和护理可控制血糖、减少脂肪萎缩性糖尿病并发症,提高胰岛素敏感性。Objective： To explore intervention for fat metabolism in diabetes atrophic.Methods： Through the individualized nutritional intervention,looking for the better nursing mode.Results： the total fat mass increased,the key points were nutrition intervention,exercise therapy,psychological nursing.Conclusion： The nutrition intervention and nursing can control blood sugar,reduce the incidence of complications in adipose atrophic diabetes,and raise insulin sensitivity.
