摘　　要：随着全球性的气候变暖、环境污染,发展低碳经济已成为世界性的经济发展走向。本研究旨在说明低碳经济的核心指标评价方法和综合指标评价方法,并运用综合指标评价方法借助于计量的因子分析方法对河北省11个市的低碳经济发展水平进行了评价。With the global climate warming and environmental pollution,low carbon economy development had become a worldwide economic development trend.This paper focused on the core index evaluation method and the comprehensive index evaluation method of low carbon economy,and used the comprehensive index evaluation methods by factor analysis method to measure the level of low carbon economy development of 11 cities in Hebei province.
