摘 要:采用GPC、SEM、Instron毛细管流变仪和HAAKE转矩流变仪等研究了小试规模新型四元复合分散体系悬浮聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂的相对分子质量分布、颗粒形态和加工流变性能之间的关系,并与通用的三元复合分散体系进行了对比。结果表明,优选品牌和适当配比的四元复合分散体系所得树脂的颗粒形态和流变性能较之三元复合分散体系不仅没有降低,而且更为优异;前者的生产成本较之后者显著降低。The relationships of molecular weight distribution, grain morphology and processing rheology property of suspension PVC resins with different recipe of novel four unit dispersing agent system were studied by GPC, SEM, Instron capillary rheometer and HAAKE torque rheometer. And the contrast with those employing general three unit dispersing agent system was also made. The results showed that the grain morphology and rheological properties of resins with four unit dispersing agent system were not inferior but superior to those with three unit dispersing agent system. Besides, the producing cost of the former was much lower than that of the latter.
