摘  要:通过热轧试验,系统地研究了三种铌微合金化钢的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明,铁素体晶粒尺寸对屈服强度的影响程度与钢中铌含量相关,而贝氏体分数对屈服强度的影响程度与钢中铌含量无关。将铌含量和贝氏体分数作为模型参数引入微合金化钢强度计算模型,建立了新的具有较高精度的铌微合金化钢的强度模型,为实际生产工艺的制定奠定了理论基础。Three kinds of Nb micro-alloyed steels' microstructures and mechanical properties were studied systematically through hot rolling experiments.The result indicates that the effect of the ferrite grain size(dF) on yield strength(σy) is related to Nb content,and the effect of bainite fraction(fB) on yield strength(σy) has nothing to do with Nb content.In this paper,Nb content and bainite fraction(fB) have been taken into account as new parameters,which have been introduced to a model for calculating the strength of the Nb micro-alloyed steels.A new Nb micro-alloyed steel strength model with a higher accuracy has been built up,which will lay a theoretic foundation for working out an actual production process.
