摘  要:针对宝钢电厂罕见的两台350 MW单元发电机组同时发生机组从协调控制方式切换到锅炉手动控制方式的异常情况,从瞬间的现象、简单的结果、纷繁的逻辑、海量的数据着手展开调查,从热控信号干扰、电源系统干扰、控制系统故障、工艺设备故障、工艺管网系统问题等全方位进行分析,最终追踪到与本事件结果几乎没有联系的源头。结论为异常情况产生的原因是新投产机组的特殊运行方式对电厂煤气管网扰动所致。同时对新投产机组的运行方式提出了规范与量化的要求。It is rare that Baosteel Power Plant's two 350 MW units were switched from the coordination control mode to the boiler manual mode at the same time.The author investigated the abnormal situation caused by this switching,from the transient phenomenon,simple results,complex logic to vast amounts of data.The author also analyzed all the factors from the thermal control signal disturbance,control system failures,equipment failures,problems that occured in the process pipe systems to all the possible causes that almost had nothing to do with the abnormal situation.Finally,a conclusion was given that the disturbance was caused by the new unit's special mode.The paper put forward the requirements for standardization and quantization,which could reduce the effect of the new unit's mode on the stability of the common pipe network.
