摘 要:为解决寺家庄矿15号煤层综掘工作面突出危险性严重和掘进过程中瓦斯涌出量大的问题,提出了包括水力压裂、交叉钻孔、钻墙边掘边抽和水力挤出在内的瓦斯突出防治"四合一"技术,并进行现场试验。结果表明:综掘工作面瓦斯突出防治"四合一"技术的应用使煤层透气性提高了2~10倍,区域预抽瓦斯纯量提高55%,掘进期间风排瓦斯量下降幅度达17%,回风流瓦斯最大体积分数不超过0.65%,突出防治措施效检指标无超标现象,实现了综掘工作面安全快速掘进。In order to solve the serious outburst danger of the fully mechanized gateway driving face in No. 15 seam and high gas emission problem during the driving process in Sijiazhuang Mine, a gas outburst prevention and control four combined one technology including the hydraulic fracturing, crossing boreholes, coal wall drilling with the gateway driving and gas drainage was provided, A site trial with the technology was conducted. The results showed that the application of the gas outburst prevention and control four combined one technology to the fully mechanized gateway driving face could make the seam permeability improved by 2 - 10 times and could make the regional gas pre-drainage pure value improved by 55%. During the gateway driving period, the gas value in mine air retuning was reduced by 17%. The max volume fraction of gas in the air retuning flow would not be over 0. 65%. After the outburst prevention measures conducted, the performance inspection showed that there was no index over the limits occurred and safety and rapid driving of the fully mechanized gate- way driving face could be realized.
