摘 要:为研究NH3改性对活性焦脱硝性能的影响,利用不同体积分数的NH3/H2O配比作为活化剂制备了一系列的活性焦,采用X光电子能谱(XPS)表征了活性焦的表面化学性质。在温度150℃条件下的固定床反应装置上,进行了活性焦脱除NO试验和NH3吸附容量试验。结果表明:添加NH3改性能够增加活性焦表面O元素和N元素的含量,并且能够明显提高活性焦的脱硝效率;活性焦的NH3吸附容量越大脱硝效率越高。试验结果证实了活性焦对NH3吸附是影响其选择性催化还原脱硝反应的关键步骤。In order to study the NH3 modification affected to the denitrification performances of the activated coke, NH3/H20 with differ- ent volume fraction was applied as the activator to prepare a series of activated coke. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy was applied to characterize the surface chemical properties of activated coke. A NO removal experiment with activated coke and the NH3 adsorption vol- ume experiment were conducted on the fixed bed reaction device under the condition of the temperature of 150℃. The results showed that the NH3 modification added could increase the surface 0 element content and N element content of the activated coke and could remark- ably improve the denitrification efficiency of the activated coke. The higher NH3 adsorption volume of the activated coke, the higher deni- trification efficiency would be. The experiment results confirmed that NH3 adsorption to activated coke would be the key step affected to the selective catalysis reduction denitrification reaction.
