摘　　要：全面回顾了2011年的林业计划财务工作,认为2011年的计划财务工作成效显著。表现为：完善规划体系,在谋划林业发展方面取得重大进展;完善林业政策,在加大林业资金投入方面取得重大突破;加强基础设施建设,在改善林区民生方面取得显著成效。提出了2012年林业计财工作的总体要求：围绕林业发展全局,着力完善规划体系,创新政策机制,增加投资规模,加强资金管理,提升服务水平。重点是抓好规划编制、资金和政策落实,抓好山区综合开发、扶贫开发和区域林业发展,抓好林业产业和对外开放,确保资金安全和使用效益,为现代林业发展提供有力保障。The paper makes a comprehensive review of the 2011 forestry planning and finance,that the 2011 plan to the financial work is significantly effective.To improve the planning system,and made significant progress in the planning of forestry development;improve forestry policy,a major breakthrough in the increase of forestry funding;strengthen infrastructure construction,and achieved remarkable results in improving the forest areas the people＇s livelihood.The general requirements in 2012 forestry finance：according to the global forestry development,efforts to improve the planning system,innovation policy mechanisms to increase the scale of investment,strengthening financial management,improve service levels.The focus is to do a good job of planning,funding and implementation of the policy,do a good job for integrated mountain development,poverty alleviation and development and regional forestry development,grasp the forestry industry and opening-up,to ensure financial security and efficiency in the use,provide a strong guarantee for the development of modern forestry.
