药材白英红外光谱指纹鉴别及相似度分析

摘　　要：目的:建立白英药材FTIR的鉴定分析新方法。方法:对白英药材不同药用部位进行红外光谱指纹鉴别,并进行相似度计算与分析。结果:获得了6种白英药材不同药用部位的红外指纹图谱。结论:粉末的红外指纹图谱鉴定法可用于白英药材不同药用部位的鉴定和识别,相似度的计算结果进一步证明了方法的可行性。OBJECTIVE To provide a FTIR new method to identify different medicinal parts of Solanum lyratum Thunb. METHODS FTIR patterns of different parts of Solanum lyratum Thunb. were analyzed, and the similarity of different fingerprint patterns was calculated and analyzed according to the wavenumbers of peaks searched. RESULTS Obtain the different FTIR pattern of different medicinal parts of Solanurn lyraturn Thunb. CONCLUSION This method can be used for identifications on different medicinal parts of Solanum lyratum Thunb. The results of similarity calculation further proved the feasibility of this method.
