摘 要:目的评价丙酮酸钠对犬血在体外循环机内循环时红细胞能量代谢的影响。方法健康成年杂种犬10只,体重12—18妇,经股动脉放血500ml。将10只犬的血样采用随机配伍的方法分为2组:对照组(c组)和丙酮酸钠组(P组),将血样注入体外循环机储血罐中建立体外循环机内循环模型。c组体外循环机预充液为复方林格氏液250ml;P组为丙酮酸钠溶液250ml。以4L/min恒流转机,血温维持30—32℃。分别于转机前(T1)、转机后30min(L)、60min(T1)、90min(L)和120min(L)时,从体外循环机储血罐中收集血样,采用高效液相色谱法测定红细胞ATP、ADP和AMP的浓度。结果与c组比较,P组T2-5,时红细胞ATP和AMP的浓度升高,T2~4时红细胞ADP浓度升高(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论丙酮酸钠可改善犬血在体外循环机内循环时红细胞能量代谢。Objective To investgate the effects of pyruvate sodium on energy metabolism of erythrocytes in dog blood during circulation in cardiopulmonary bypass machine. Methods Ten healthy adult mongrel dogs of both sexes weighing 12-18 kg were anesthetized with intraperitoneal 2.5 % pentobarbital 25 mg/kg. Femoral artery was cannulated and 500 ml of blood was collected from femoral artery in each dog. Blood samples from the 10 dogs were divided into 2 equal parts (250 ml each). Each part was mixed with 250 ml lactated Ringer's solution (group C) or 250 ml pyruvate sodium (group P). Flow rate of 4 L/min was employed and blood temperature was kept at 30-32℃ during circulation in cardiopulmonary bypass machine. The blood samples Were collected before (baseline value, Tl ) and at 30, 60, 90, 120 min of circulation ('1'2.5 ) for determination of ATP, ADP and AMP concentra- tions in RBC. Results The ATP and AMP concentrations were significantly higher at T2.5, while ADP concentra- tion was higher in group P than in group C. Conclusion Pyruvate sodium can improve energy metabolism of eryth- rocytes in dog blood druing circulation in cardiopulmary bypass machine.
