摘 要:目的检测孕妇尿液中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)含量,分析其对新生儿出生体重的影响。方法收集来自天津某妇产医院80名孕妇尿液,采用固相萃取-三重四极杆高效液相色谱串联质谱技术检测孕妇尿中3种邻苯二甲酸单酯的含量;以问卷收集孕妇一般资料,应用多因素Logistic回归分析PAEs含量对新生儿出生体重的影响。结果邻苯二甲酸单甲酯(MMP)含量的P50为67.06μg/g cr,邻苯二甲酸单乙酯(MEP)含量的P50为28.51μg/g cr,邻苯二甲酸单丁酯(MBP)含量的P50为9.95μg/g cr。3种PAEs单酯中,孕妇体内MEP含量与新生儿出生体重相对较低有关(P<0.05),其OR(95%CI)为2.724(1.376~5.396)。结论本次调查的孕妇体内检出了PAEs,尿液中较高的MEP含量与新生儿出生体重较低有关。应减少孕妇PAEs暴露,保护母婴健康。Objective To understand the effect of the levels of phthalic acid esters in urine of pregnant women on birth weight of newborns. Methods The urine samples of 80 pregnant women from an obstetrics and gynecology hospital in Tianjin were collected, SPE-Triple Quad LC/MS System were used to detect the concentration of three phthalate monoesters; questionnaire were used to investigate the information of pregnant women, then Logistic regression models were used to analyze the effect on lower birth weight of newborn. Results Median concentration of mono-methyl phthalate(MMP) was 67.06 Ixg/g cr, mono-diethyl phthalate (MEP) was 28.51 ~xg/g er, mono-n-butyl phthalate (MBP) was 9.95 I^g/g cr respectively; The high concentration of MEP was probably the influencing factor of lower birth weight of newborns, the OR and 95%CI were 2.724 (1.376-5.396). Conclusion Exposure to PAEs for pregnant women may have an adverse effect on birth weight of newborns.
