摘 要:目的了解深圳市医院室内空气PM2.5浓度。方法选取深圳市5所医院进行PM2.5浓度监测。每所医院选取门诊大厅、病房楼道、男洗手间、医生办公室、护士办公室5个监测区域,每个区域按照梅花布点选取5个监测点,于门诊时间进行监测。结果男洗手间PM2.5的浓度最高(53.35μg/m3),其次是医生办公室(45.80μg/m3),浓度最低的为护士办公室(19.67μg/m3);不同功能区PM2.5浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),门诊大厅、男洗手间和医生办公室PM2.5浓度均显著高于护士办公室(P<0.05)。结论本次调查的医院男洗手间和医生办公室空气PM2.5污染较为严重,可能与吸烟有关,应加强控烟,控制PM2.5污染。Objective To know indoor air PM2.5 concentration in hospitals in Shenzhen, Guangdong. Methods Five hospitals were selected in Shenzhen for monitoring of PM2.5 concentrations. Every hospital outpatient hall, corridor, men's rooms, the doctor's office and the nurse's offices were taken as the monitoring areas, each area contained five monitoring sites, the monitoring was conducted in consulting hours. Results The monitoring resuhs showed that the concentration of PM2.5 in men's rooms was the highest (53.35μg/m3), the second was that in ihe doctor's office (45.80μg/m3), the lowest was that in the nurse's office (19.67μg/m3); In different areas, the difference of PM2.5 concentrations was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the investigated hospitals, indoor air pollution with PM2.5 in men's rooms and doctor's office were serious, which may be related with smoking, and smoking ban in anywhere in hospitals will be an important measure for preventing indoor PM2.5 pollution.
