摘 要:目的探讨高频诊断级超声联合微泡对肝血管通透性的影响。方法选择机械指数(mechanical index,MI)为1.2的高频诊断超声,并经实验大鼠尾静脉注射0.2ml/kg微泡造影剂,超声辐照大鼠肝脏时间分为1、3、5、7min。用伊文氏蓝(Evens Blue,EB)观察超声辐照后肝血管通透性的改变,透射电镜观察肝血管内皮细胞及肝细胞结构改变。结果高频诊断超声联合微泡辐照肝脏后,肝组织EB含量与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,透射电镜证实肝血管内皮细胞肿胀,连接中断明显。结论高频诊断超声联合微泡辐照肝脏时可增加肝脏血管通透性。Objective To investigate into the effects of microbubble enhanced high frequency ultrasound on liver vascular permeability.Methods Contrast-enhanced high frequency diagnostic ultrasound at 1.2 mechanical index(MI) was delivered to rat liver for one,three,five,seven minutes respectively,with 0.2ml/kg contrast agent followed by tail vein.Evens blue effusion status in liver was observed and analyzed Qualitatively and quantitatively.Using transmission electron microscope to explore the condition of Vascular endothelial cells and liver cells.Results Compared with the control group,there had great difference of liver Evens blue effusion.Under transmission electron microscope no cell injure can be observed while endothelial cells junction was gradually decreased.No obvious difference can be observed among other groups.Conclusion High-frequency diagnostic ultrasound at high MI combined with contrast agent can increase the liver vascular permeability.
