经阴道超声对子宫峡部妊娠的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声检查对子宫峡部妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析41例子宫峡部妊娠超声声像图特征及术后结果。结果 41例峡部妊娠中,超声检查正确诊断33例,准确率为80.49%(33/41),误诊8例(宫颈部妊娠4例、难免流产2例、滋养叶细胞疾病1例、子宫切口血肿1例)。典型超声声像图表现为胎囊型、非均质包块型两种类型。结论经阴道超声检查对子宫峡部妊娠的诊断是一种可靠的诊断方法,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine isthmus pregnancy.Methods 41 cases with uterine isthmus pregnancy confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed according to the ultrasound image characteristics.Results Among 41 cases,33 cases were correctly diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography,the accuracy rate is 80.49%（33/41）;8 cases were misdiagnosed（4 cases as cervix pregnancy,1 cases as inevitable abortion,1case as trophoblastic disease,one as uterine incision hematoma）.Typical sonographic as follows： sac type,heterogeneous mass type.Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is a feasible way with important clinical value in diagnosis of the uterine isthmus pregnancy.
