摘　　要：从加强清辊器的除油效果,制作防溅板和优化吹扫系统三个方面着手,彻底解决了空调箔生产中板面产生油点的问题,大幅度提高了空调箔生产的效率和成品率。The oil stains on foil surface occurred during rolling process have been eliminated thoroughly by three measures,that are improving the roll surface cleaning device,to build up splashing shelter plate and optimize air-purging system.Therefore the air-conditioner used foil production efficiency and finish foil yield have been increased greatly.
