丹参酮胶囊治疗青年玫瑰糠疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参酮胶囊治疗青年玫瑰糠疹的临床疗效。方法将234例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为治疗组123例和对照组111例,治疗组给予丹参酮胶囊4粒,tid,po.对照组给予氯雷他定片口服10mg/晚。2组患者均连续服药2～4周,每2周观察疗效及不良反应。结果用药2周后及用药4周后2组间治愈率和总有效率比较,统计学差异显著(P<0.005)。结论丹参酮胶囊是治疗玫瑰糠疹的有效药物,并且可以获得相对较高的治愈率。Objective The clinic efficacy of tanshinone capsule is observed to treat pityriasis rosea for youths.Methods The 234 patients of pityriasis rosea were randomly divided to two groups：the test group and comparison group.There were 123 and 111 cases in test group and comparison group,respectively.Four pills of tanshinone capsule,tid,po,were given to per patient in test group and 10mg loratadine in comparison group.Both groups were continously treated two to four weeks and other drugs didn＇t be used.The efficacy and adverse effect were obsered per two weeks.Results Statistical difference is significant between the test group and comparison group after two weeks and four weeks.Concluion Tanshinone capsule is an efficient drug to treat pityriasis rosea.Cure rate is large using tanshinone capsule to treat pityriasis rosea.
