复方夏天无片配合穴位封闭治疗坐骨神经炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方夏天无片配合穴位封闭治疗坐骨神经炎的疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例,观察组用复方夏天无片口服,每日3次,每次2片,连续使用2周,并配合常规穴位封闭及口服消炎痛、维生素B1治疗;对照组予以常规穴位封闭及口服消炎痛、维生素B1治疗。结果观察组临床有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方夏天无片治疗坐骨神经炎效果好,不良反应少,是治疗坐骨神经炎的理想药物,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets combined with point block on the treatment of the sciatic nerve inflammation.METHODS Sixty patients were randomly divided into the observation group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.The control group was treated with point block,oral indomethacin,vitamin B1.The observation group was treated with Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets（2 tablets）,3 times a day,continuously for 2 weeks,on the basis of the control group.RESULTS The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and it was 73.33% in the control group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets to treat the sciatic nerve inflammation is safe and effective,it is an ideal drug,and is worthy of clinical application.
