摘 要:目的 探讨胃肠激素在脾虚证发病中的作用。 方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定实验性脾虚证大鼠不同造模时间(7d,14d)胃窦、十二指肠、空肠、下丘脑及血浆中胃动素(Mot)、生长抑素(SS)、缩胆囊素(CCK)含量并与正常对照组和四君子汤预防组比较。 结果 脾虚早期(7d):SS在血浆、下丘脑中含量升高(106.5±13.9和143.1±8.5 vs 85.2±4.3和136.9±40.9)(P<0.01,P<0.05),外周组织中含量下降(27.5±1.6,22.7±1.2和19.5±2.4 vs 91.4±9.6,50.7±5.6和55.5±6.8,P<0.01);CCK(88.1±5.2,59.2±3.5,79.1±8.7,68.5±4.7和6.9±0.2)和Mot(76.4±8.0,51.2±1.9,37.2±7.3,63.2±2.2和99.8±6.5 vs 73.0±2.4,43.1±2.3,63.1±7.1,59.2±6.7,3.8±0.1和53.2±9.3,35.6±3.0,29.5±7.6,46.6±7.0,82.7±9.3)在组织和血浆中含量均升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),脾虚晚期(14d):SS在下丘脑(98.3±28.7)、血浆(68.2±2.6)中含量下降,外周组织中含量(119.3±5.2,98.4±9.2和88.2±2.8)升高(P<0.01);Mot在组织(32.5±5.6,27.9±1.8,21.62±6.2和32.3±5.1,P<0.01)和血浆(64.5±5.4,P<0.05)中含量均下降,CCK在下丘脑(84.1±1.5,P<0.01)及胃窦(54.2±6.4,P<0.01)组织中含量升高,在血浆(2.8±0.4)和肠道组织(43.2±2.3,36.5±3.3,P<0.01)AIM To explore the relationship between gastrointestinal hormones and pathogenesls of Pixu Spleen asthenia syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). METHODS The rat Pixu models (n = 70) were treated by reserpine 0.3mg/(kg·d) for seven days or fourteen days respectively. The SS, CCK and Mot levels in tissues and plasma of rat models were measured by RIA, compared with the normal group and the group prevented and treated by Sijunzi decoction (SIJD). RESULTS In Pixu rat models of seven days, as compared with controls, the plasma and hypothalamus levels of SS increased (106.5±13.9 and 143.1±8.5 vs 85.2±4.3 and 136.9±40.9) and the peripheral levels decreased (27.5± 1.6, 22.7±1.2 and 19.5±2.4 vs 91.4±9.6, 50.7±5.6 and 55.5±6.8, P<0.01); both tissues and plasma had higher levels of CCK (88.1±5.2, 59.2±3.5, 79.1±8.7, 68.5±4.7 and6.9±0.2) and Mot (76.4±8.0, 51.2±1.9, 37.2±7.3, 63.2±2.2 and 99.8±6.5) than those of controls (73.0±2.4, 43.1±2.3, 63.1±7.1, 59.2±6.7, 3.8±0.1 and 53.2±9.3, 35.6±3.0, 29.5±7.6, 46.6± 7.0, 82.7±9.3, P<0.01,p<0.05). In Pixu rat models of fourteen days, as compared with controls, the SS levels was lowered in hypothalamus (98.3±28.7) and plasma (68.2±2.6), and in tissues (119.3±5.2, 98.4±9.2 and 88.2±2.8) was increased, the levels of Mot decreased in plasma (64.5±5.4, P<0.05) and tissues (27.9±1.8, 21.62±6.2 and 32.3±5.1, P<0.01); CCK levels were higher in stomach (54.2±6.4) and hypothalamus (84.1±1.5, P<0.01) and lower in plasma (2.8±0.4) and gut (43.2±2.3, 36.5±3.3, P<0.01) than those of controls. There was no significant disorder of SS, CCK and Mot in the group prevented and treated with SJZD. CONCLUSION The levels of SS,CCK and Mot varied with the development of TCM Spleen asthenia syndrome and could be modulated by SJZD.
