综合护理干预对老年腹部手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对老年腹部手术患者的影响。方法:将110例老年腹部手术患者随机分为对照组50例和观察组60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予健康教育、心理护理及康复指导等综合护理干预。比较两组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况、睡眠质量及心理状况。结果:观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间及排便时间明显早与对照组(均P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分及睡眠质量评估量表PSQI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年腹部手术患者行综合护理干预有利于手术顺利进行,能有效改善患者负性情绪及睡眠质量,促进康复。Objective： To investigate the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with abdominal operation. Methods： 110 elderly patients with abdominal operation were randomly divided into a control group （n = 50） and an observation group （n = 60）. The routine nursing care was taken in the control group and comprehensive nursiag intervention including health education, psy- chological care and rehabilitation guidance was additionally given to the patients in the observation group based on the routine one. The postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, sleep quality and psychological status of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results ： The postoperative borborygmus resumption time~ anal exhaust time and defecation time were significantly earlier in the observation group than the control group { P 〈 0.05 } ; the SAS and SDS scores and PSQI score were obviously lower in the observation group than the control group I P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention is conducive for smooth performance of op- eration and can effectively improve patients＇negative mood and sleep quality so as to promote the rehabilitation of elderly patients with ab- dominal operation.
