摘 要:用CIE法检测了各种结缔组织病、非结缔组织病及正常人血清中的抗Ro抗体,并分析了其阳性率,该抗体对SS及SLE有较高特异性。本文着重讨论了抗Ro抗体在SLE中的临床意义,抗Ro抗体阳性SLE组中,广泛的LE皮损、皮肤血管炎、高球蛋白血症、类风湿因子阳性及低补体血症的发生率高。该抗体对SLE预后的意义有待于进一步探讨。In this article, anti-Ro (SSA) antibody was determined for 448 cases of various connective tissue diseases (CTDs), 345 cases of non-CTDs and 110 cases of normal control by counterimmunoelectrop-horesis (CIE), using human spleen and calf thytnus extracts as the antigen source. The positive frepu-ency of anti-Ro (SSA) antibody for patients with sicca syndrome and SLE were 57.89% and 39.2%, for other diseases were only 2.33%, 110 cases of normal control were all negative. It showed that anti-Ro (SSA) antibody was quite specific for SS and SLE. The clinical significance of anti-Ro (SSA) antibody in SLE was discussed. Comparing the clinical manifestation and serological abnormalities of anti-Ro (SSA) antibody positive SLE with anti-Ro (SSA) antibody negative SLE, we found that anti-Ro (SSA) antibody positive SLE had statistically increased frequency of generalized LE lesion, cutaneous vasculitis, hypergammaglobulinemia, RF positivity and hypocomplementemia. The prognostic significance of anti-Ro (SSA) antibody for SLE awaits further study.
