摘 要:采用超声波技术清洗受深度污染且膜孔径为0.2μm的陶瓷微滤膜。结果表明:在超声波频率为20 kHz,超声波功率为2 000 W,超声波清洗时间为35 min,清洗液温度为40℃时,单根膜的渗透通量恢复率可以达到18.0%,膜渗透通量增加率达到250.0%,说明超声波技术对受污染陶瓷微滤膜具有较好的清洗效果。The ultrasonic method was adopted to clean the ceramic microfihration membrane, which had a pore size of 0.2 μm and was polluted seriously. The results showed that infiltration flux recovery rate of single membrane could reach 18.0% when the ultrasonic frequency was 20 kHz, the power was 2 000 W, the ultrasonic cleaning time was 35 min and cleaning solution temperature was 40℃. The increased rate of membrane infiltration flux could reach 250.0%. It indicated that the ultrasonic method had satisfied cleaning effect for polluted ceramic microfiltration membrane.
