噁丙嗪肠溶胶囊与肠溶片剂释放度比较

摘　　要：目的 :比较两种自研丙嗪肠溶胶囊与国产肠溶片剂的释放度 ,以探讨自研样品处方和工艺的可行性。方法 :采用释放度测定法 (中国药典 1995年版二部附录XD)第二法进行测定。结果 :肠溶胶囊Ⅱ (采用丙烯酸树脂包衣 )与肠溶片剂在 12 0min内释放度基本一致 ,具有类似的释放曲线 ;肠溶胶囊Ⅰ有差异。结论Objective:To compare the release of the two kinds of self made oxprozin enteric capsules with that of the home made oxprozin enteric coated tablets and to approach the feasibility of the prescription of the self made samples and the technical procedures.Methods: The second method of release determination illustrated in Appendix XD,Part Ⅱ, Chinese Pharmacopoeia ,1995 was used. Results: The similar release was obtained both in enteric capsules Ⅱ(coated with acrylate resin) and enteric coated tablets within 120 minutes, i.e. their releasing curves were similar. However, there were some differences between the enteric capsules Ⅰ and the enteric coated tablets. Conclusion: Both the prescription of the self made sample Ⅱ and the technical procedures are feasible.
