摘　　要：民族民间音乐是中华民族音乐的重要组成部分,是中华音乐之根,是劳动人民智慧的结晶。把民族音乐的种子播向下一代,保护、传承和开发地方民族民间音乐,将地方民间音乐系统地纳入地方高校音乐教育体系,是地方高校音乐教育的社会职责,也是地方高校特色办学的具体措施。Folk music is an important part of China’s music. It is not only the root of the country’s music but also the fruit of many people’s wisdom. The social obligations of local colleges are to spread the knowledge of folk music among the younger generation, to protect, inherit and exploit native folk music. We need to include native music in the system of college education. By doing so we will make the content of music education more colorful, and the cultural foundation wider. That is one of the specific measurements of local colleges with their own characteristics.
